五感の中の一つである触覚、触覚の中の一つである「痒み」を感知する痒覚を中心に、皮膚感覚とそれに伴う行動、心理の変化を複合化した図式表現の研究作品です。
　本作では自身の持つ体験や経験を元に制作しました。本来防衛本能でありながら、連続して起きることで自己を傷つけすぎてしまう痒みの感覚を、花の成長過程のメタファを利用し表現しています。

Illustrations of an Itching Sensation Growth Process

I tried to visualize the cutaneous sensation in the body, which is primarily the itchy feeling. I chose to present it as a visual combining the growing itch and the changes in my mental state—the work was created the based on my own personal experience. An itch is essentially a protective instinct, but if you scratch it too much you can hurt yourself and make things itchier, which creates an irrational cycle. I tried to show the growing itch as a visual metaphor of a plant with an abnormal development process.
